We will meet at Kate's (12072 St. Bernard Dr.)  where Mo's Defensible Space will walk us all through how they do an assessment and give us the opportunity to visualize hazards, risks and mitigations from a community-scale and parcel-scale perspective. 

This would be different from a Tahoe Donner wildfire risk assessment, as Mo's focuses on structural retrofits, long-term landscape solutions, and approach mitigation from a design-based perspective.
